Bookings of less than 7 nights will be subject to a $100
cleaning fee.

These are insurance and hygiene issues and deposit may be
forfeited if not adhered to.
Cancellation Policy
More than 12 weeks - Loss of booking deposit.
6 weeks - 12 weeks - 50% loss of total rental fee.
Less than 6 weeks - 100% loss of total rental fee.
